Service manager was very helpful as soon as I came in he greeted me. I told him what the issue was we went right to my car to look at the tire and he took it to the back. there was A screw in the tire luckily for me they werent that busy, they got right to work. Been going here for a couple of years now, and they're really solid. Just got a bunch of work done on my truck, turned out great. Leveling kit and new ATs look awesome. Their pricing is also very reasonable, and they're very cool about letting you know what work you need to get taken care of first and what can wait. Def recommend.
